Royal Industries is equipped with state-of-the-art machinery capable of manufacturing high quality products with speed, efficiency, and reliability. The basic processes can be summarised as follows:
Plastic Injection Moulding
This basic technique produces single colour, single component moulded plastic products.
Plastic Double Injection Moulding
An advanced method, capable of creating a high end quality two-colour two-component product in one single moulding process.
Plastic Injection Blow Moulding
Used to produce Royal Industries PC bottles, this standard manufacturing process is both cost-effective, and assures high quality.
Plastic Injection Stretch Blow Moulding
This is the preferred method for manufacturing large quantities of PP/PPO/BOPP bottles with high clarity. It is also used to manufacture standard PC bottles when large quantities are required. |

Plastic Extrusion Blow Moulding
This specialised process allows the production of special or unusual shapes in high quality, and at a reasonable cost
Liquid Silicone Rubber (LSR) Injection Mouldin
Used mainly for the production of nipples and baglets, this technique ensures high clarity, longevity and stable quality.
Latex dipping
Dipping is the classical manufacturing process using natural, raw latex for quality cost-effective products. The latex nipples and baglets are manufactured from natual rubber mixed with higher grade chemicals to give a safe end product with a low nitrosoamine level.
